Terms of Service
Last updated September 6, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Duri. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Duri.
Operator and eligibility
Duri is the service name. The operator's legal name, address, governing law, and jurisdiction must be completed before launch. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.
Your account and content
Keep your credentials secure and give accurate information. You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Duri only the limited, non-exclusive permission needed to store, encrypt, transmit, and display it to you and your paired partner. You are responsible for what you submit and for having permission to share it.
Respectful use
- Do not threaten, harass, exploit, impersonate, or harm another person.
- Do not use Duri for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
- Do not probe, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
- Do not resell, scrape, or redistribute Duri without written permission.
AI features
AI features are optional and can be inaccurate or inappropriate. They are not medical, legal, mental-health, or relationship-professional advice. Review outputs before relying on them or sharing them.
Duri+
Paid plans, prices, taxes, renewal terms, and availability are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancel before renewal from Settings; access normally continues through the paid period. See the Refund Policy. Razorpay processes payments under its own terms, and Duri does not store full card numbers.
Availability and termination
Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may suspend accounts that create risk or violate these Terms. You can stop using Duri and delete your account from Settings.
Disclaimers
Duri is provided on an as-available basis. It is a communication tool, not a substitute for professional help or emergency services. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential loss. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
Intellectual property
Duri, its branding, software, questions, and design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. Report suspected infringement to support.
